Refund Policy

CANCELLATION REFUNDS

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


REFUNDS

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that arrive defective or damaged. If your package is in transit for over 30 business days and was not ordered out of stock, you can claim a refund.


We are not responsible for packages for which there was a delivery attempt and the costumer did not re-schedule the delivery or went to pick up the package. If the package is sent back to us, we cannot cancel the order for a refund. If the customer contacts us within 45 days of the first delivery attempt, we can re-ship the package with no extra costs.

RETURNS

If you wish to return your package, please email us at support@flyfixed.com to initiate the process.


Returns expenses are covered by the customer.


Please make sure you follow these instructions to be eligible for a refund:

-All items must be clean

-All items must arrive undamaged

-In case you caught some flies, you will have to empty the trap and make sure it's clean

We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).


The replacement or refund can take up to 1-2 business days to be processed after your returned items have been received.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
